The Romano-Germanic system of Liability and its formulas applied to an antitrust trial, regarding the Facebook case.

The Romano-Germanic Law has Liability structures different from the Anglo-Saxon Law ones. This paper analyzes those structures and applies them to the antitrust Law, in order to then study how Facebook's liability might be configured due to its part in the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
